Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped exclusively with FedEx. We will send you the tracking information when your order ships. Note that although we offer Two-Day shipping, orders placed in the afternoon (Hawaii time) will usually ship the following business day due to the time difference. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

We try to ship our freshly-roasted coffee the day of the order or next day, depending on when the order is received. Weekend orders will ship on Monday. Most orders to USA addresses arrive within two days of shipping; however, inclement weather or seasonal volume can still cause delays.

We do not offer a shipping time guarantee. We do not control what happens after we hand off packages to FedEx. Recent events such as weather conditions, labor shortages, and heavy shipping volumes may result in occasional delays of an extra day or two.

United States

FedEx Two-Day Shipping for orders under 3 pounds: $11.70. For anything over 3 pounds, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on FedEx Two-Day rates.

Other International Locations

Shipping for all international orders is calculated at checkout. FedEx rates will appear during checkout for your location.

Returns

We are proud of our Quality Control Team and make every effort to double-check every shipment. We use quality packing materials and carefully prepare each carton. In the event that you do not receive exactly what you ordered or our products do not meet your expectations, please email our customer service team. We will make every effort to assure your 100 percent satisfaction.
